Fellow marketer Susan Carroll recently distributed an Excel spreadsheet that calculates your time invested in actual productivity, your hourly and minute rate and projected actual and desired income over a 1-year period. It's so ingenious you can cry or laugh over it, and it's very useful for you especially when you can gauge your AdSense earning rate with it.
